Jared Sobel is the Founder and Principal of JSIC, bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate capital markets experience and more than $5 billion in closed transactions. His career spans senior leadership roles at CBRE and Walker & Dunlop, where he built and scaled lending platforms, cultivated institutional relationships, and consistently delivered best-in-class financing executions across agency, balance sheet, life company, CMBS, bridge, and debt fund products.
